Teri Evans is a Leadership Facilitator at EVP Leadership, bringing a uniquely diverse background spanning healthcare, education, athletics, and organizational leadership. Her career began in music therapy, where she designed therapeutic workshops and piloted a music therapy program in pediatric oncology and cardiac units at Mayo Clinic's Children's Hospital. This foundational work cultivated a leadership philosophy rooted in listening, psychological safety, and experiential growth. Teri has since expanded her expertise to youth development, nonprofit governance, and executive leadership, consistently helping teams strengthen communication and build trust. As founder of Care By Air, LLC, she also demonstrates her entrepreneurial spirit. At EVP Leadership, Teri helps clients develop presence, clarity, and purpose-driven performance.
