Teri Evans is a Leadership Facilitator at EVP Leadership, bringing a uniquely diverse background spanning healthcare, education, athletics, and organizational leadership. Her career began in music therapy, where she designed therapeutic workshops and piloted a music therapy program in pediatric oncology and cardiac units at Mayo Clinic's Children's Hospital. This foundational work cultivated a leadership philosophy rooted in listening, psychological safety, and experiential growth.
